- First take wheat flour in a bowl and knead soft dough by adding little water at a time... apply 1 tsp of ghee on it cover it and keep it aside for rest..
- Now wash toor dal 3-4 times and take it in pressure cooker add water into it 1 inch higher than daal.cover with lid now hear 4 wishtles..
- Now take out cooked daal in a non-stick pan and add sugar into it and cook it on medium flame till all the water of daal and sugar evoperate at last add cardamom powder and keep it a side to cool down.
- Now make lemon size balls out of dough and roll it in a small puri put 1 tbsp of daal mixture into it seal it and again roll it in a puri..
- Now heat tava on gas and toast the Puran Pori by adding ghee both side and flipping both side till it becomes golden brown..
- Take this in a plate add more ghee on top of it and serve with your family and friends..
- It taste best when you serve it hot..
