- Prepare the batter. Heat oil in a kadai. Dip the paneer cubes in the batter and coat it with batter and deep fry all the paneer, do not overcrowd the oil. Keep it on a kitchen tissue paper to absorb the extra oil..

- Heat oil in a wok / kadai and add the garlic and onion and saute it, cook till it is translucent..then add the chilli oil too and saute it, add in the chillies too. Then add in the fried paneer and mix well but gently..
- Add black pepper and soya sauce and salt if required. Make the cornflour slurry and add it and mix well immediately so that no lumps forms....cook for 3-5 minutes. Put it in a serving platter, garnish and serve it hot with fried rice or noodles. Bon Appetit!!.
