The ingredients needed to make Parda biryani:
- {Get 2 cup of biryani rice.
- {Get 2 of tejptta.
- {Get 1 tsp of jeera.
- {Get 1 of badi elachi.

- {Get 1/2 cup of curd.
- {Make ready 1/4 cup of peas.
- {Get 1/4 cup of potatoes cube.

- {Get 1/4 cup of paneer.
- {Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala.

- {Make ready of Mint n corriender leaves 1 cup.
- {Get 3 tsp of Kewra water.
- {Make ready 3-4 tbsp of Desi ghee.
- {Get 2 tbsp of Tomato powder or tomato soup powder.

- {Take 2 cup of maida.
- {Take 1/4 tsp of salt.
- {Take 3 tsp of oil.
- {Make ready 3 tbsp of curd.
- {Make ready of Water for kneading.
- {Take 1/4 cup of soya nuggets.
Steps to make Parda biryani:
- Knead maida,oil,curd,salt,baking soda make soft dough like chappati.
- Cook rice 80% by adding salt, badi elachi, jeera. And allow it to cool down.
- In a pan take 2 tb oil add jeera, onion cook till onion turn pink. Add all chopped vegetables except panner. Add little water to cook the vegetables. Cover the pan with lid. When vegetables soften add salt,tomato powder,1tsp garam masala,1 tsp biryani masala,red chilli n cook till water absorb. Add curd, start whisking till curd mixed properly n thickens. Switch off gas n allow vegetables to cool down.
- Divide the maida into three equal parts, keep one part a side. Left two parts make ball into 1. Roll down into thin chapatti. Bigger then pan in which u cook the biryani.
- Firstly in a pan apply desi ghee on all sides n put the layer of chappti in it.
- Carefully press all the sides n bottom of pan so that there is plain surface..
- Again on chappati layer with desi ghee well on all sides. Place a layer of veges (not too thik nor too thin) well add layer of rice slowly to cover the layer. Now add fried onions, pudina n corriender leaves, 2tsp of kewra water n 2 tsp if ghee..
- Repeat the same layer again.
- Take the left over maida roll n roll again according to size of cover..
- Place the chappati over rice n seal the sides of pan.
- Greese again the top layer with ghee. Cover it n cook on slow to medium flame upto 10 mins or till bottom layer cook down.
- Keep a pan on top n slowly flip down the mixture. Cook again for 10 mins or till other side also cook down.
- Greese the top layer with ghee to moisten the maida layer.
- Cut down neatly n serve with curd n mint chutney.
