- {Take 3 of Potatoes chopped.

Steps to make Spicy sindhi biryani:
- Fry onion in a pan in 5 tbsp oil.
- Add all spices in it mix well.
- Add granded tomatoes n yogurt in it mix well.
- When 70 percent water dry add washed chicken n chopped potatoes in it.
- Cover it cook in a very low flame till water completely dry n chicken n potato completely tender.
- Add green chilli on it n close the flame.
- Now washed n soaked the rice for half hour.
- Now take a pan pour water at least 1/4 th pan add salt n brown leaf in it.
- When it boil add rice on it boil till 90 percent tender.
- Strain the waters.
- Now in a same empty pan add first layer of oil then 20 percent rice then chicken mixture then pour food color 1 tsp on both side.
- Add layer by layer again till finished add green coriander on it.
- Now cover the cap with cotton cloth n cook in a very low flame till completely cook.
- Pour tadhka of chotti ilachi n longgg.
