- To cook basmati rice heat up the pan pour some water and add basmati rice and salt and little ghee. Cover it and Cook it. Do not overcook the rice. Further take rice in a food strainer to remove water from it..
- To make gravy heat up ghee and oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, finely chopped onion garlic cloves, green chillies..
- Now add tomatoes and stir it for 1 minute. Then add coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, biryani masala, kasuri methi and cashew nuts. Mix it well and turn off the gas..
- Rest the mixture for few minutes. Bring it to room temperature, then grind it in mixture and make a thick paste..
- Again heat the same pan add ghee in it. Now add paste and little water along with it. Add bell peppers. Mix well.
- Now add little kasuri methi and curd, mix well. Add paneer in it..
- Mix well and turn off the gas..
- Take a serving plate or baking plate add cooked rice and a layer of paneer gravy on it. Add some biristo and finely chopped coriander and mint leaves on it..
