- Now add the capsicum potatoes and cauliflower and finely.chopped green chilli gingergarlic paste and saute them. Then add salt and cook these vegetables until done. Keep stirring every minute so that all veggies are cooked properly. Add biryani masala powder and haldi powder and mix well..
- Now add the rice in this pan and gently mix so that all the veggies spices and rice blend together. Let it cook on lowest flame for few minutes and then while serving garnish with cashewnuts and brown onions.
