- Now take a pan fry meat in a pan in oil add ginger garlic paste in it add all spices n Daal chana in it mix well.

- Now grind it or mash it with mash machine or any other way.
- Add mint leaves n egg in it.
- Knead again n again till better become thick.
- Now make shape of kababs in plate.
- Serve with salad n raita.
