- For dal:- For dal fry - pressure cooker the dal for half whistlesl. Then heat ghee, add jeera, green chillies, hing, tranfer it to the dal, add all spices. Boil it. Then garnish it with coriander leaves. While serving add lime juice(optional)..
- For Baati:-Take a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, suji,besan,salt & moyan(desi ghee). Knead the tight dough with adding lukewarm water gradually as needed. Greasing the Baati dough with little oil. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes..
- Now preheat the Gas Tandoor for five minutes. Again knead the dough for 5 minutes. Make large size balls of the same size..
