- Isme jayefil javetri powder or garam masala powder daal kar isko bhune ke oil nikal jaye, phir isme tomtaoes and hari mirchen daal kar 1 min tak cook karen, choola band karden qeeme ka qorma ready hai!.
- 2 jug pani leke usme zeera namak add karen.
- Podina or lemon ko add karke pani ko boil karen, jab boil hojaye to usme soaked chawal add karen. chawalon ko half cook karen taake baqi teh me cook hojayen.
- Dahi ke andar zarda rang daal kar mix karen, chawalon ko chaan le.
- Pan me pehle oil daaalen phir chawalon ki ek layer dalen, phir usme qorma daaen, tomtoes and hari mirchen daalen.
- Ispe podina, dahi or fried onion daalen.
