  9. Now for tadka take a small pan add 2tbs oil, mustard seed, jeera, hing, curry leaves, crushed garlic,.
  10. Let them sizzle, pour this tadka into daal barley mixture, mix well.
  11. Cook for 2-3 min. Add 1 tbs if you want, drizzle some spiced bundi on it.
