- {Take 1 tsp of Ginger and garlic paste.

- {Get 1/2 tsp of Cumin powder.
- {Get 1/2 tsp of black Pepper powder.
- {Make ready 1 of Onion sliced.
- {Prepare 2 of Tomato.
- {Make ready 5-8 of Cashew nuts.
- {Take 75-80 gram of Curd.
- {Make ready to taste of Salt.
- {Get as needed of Oil for cooking.
Steps to make Seekh ka Saalan:
- Now transfer in a bowl add all seekh masala and salt in it and mix well.
- Now take skeevers and arrange the mutton mix as seekh kabab in the skewers.
- Now pour butter in grilled pan and grilled it till half done.
- When done keep aside.
- First roast the onion till it soft add cashew nuts and fry both.
- Now separate from hot oil to cool.
- When it's cool add tomato and curd and make paste and keep aside it.
- Now again heat oil add whole masala and roast for 10 seconds.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
- Now add one by one red chilli, corriender, cumin,black Pepper and stir till raw smell gone.
- Now add roasted seekh kabab in it and coated all kababs with masala.
- Then add roasted cashew and onion paste and mix well.
- Add required amount of water and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
- When go to final add some fresh chopped corriender and mix well (adjust salt according to taste).
- Now burn a charcoal piece and place it in a ban bowl and pour some butter over it and closed the lid and leave it for 5 minutes.
- Now Seekh ka Saalan is ready to serve.
- Serve hot with roti or naan, Garnish with some corriender and mint leaves and with onion rings.
