  1. Heat a pan add walnuts and dry roast it for a minute and keep it aside for cool down. Now roughly chopped it into small pieces and keep it aside..
  2. Boil the mixed sprouts and drain the excess water and keep it aside..
  3. Now heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil add chopped onion, ginger garlic and saute till it turns aromatic. Switch off the flame and keep it aside for cool completely..
  4. Now in a blender jar add boiled mixed sprouts, fried onion mixture and green chillies and blend it to a paste with out adding any water..
  5. In a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, sprouts paste, coriander leaves, dry roasted walnuts, grated paneer, chili flakes, red chili powder, dry roasted powder, salt and mix well and make a dough..
  6. Take some mixture in your hand and shape into a cutlets and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  7. After 15 minutes, dip the cutlets into cornflour slurry and remove excess batter with the help of a fork. Now put it into the breadcrumbs and coat it well. Again keep it refrigerator for 10 minutes..
  8. Now take a pan and heat oil. Put the cutlets into the pan and fry it until it becomes crispy and golden in colour..
  9. Drain the excess oil on a kitchen paper..
  10. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup..
