- Take big bowl and wash kind of daal 4-5 times and soak it for 5-6 hours. (You can take any dal of your choice and quantity also you can change as you want)..
- After 5-6 hours, transfer soaked daal to strainer to remove to remove water completely..
- Once water is removed take grinder add these daal, green chilli, ginger, black pepper, sonf & jeera and grind them coarsely. (Do not add water).
- Now transfer to a bowl, add chopped onions, coriander leaves, salt & pinch of hing. Mix it very well. (If you feel it's watery then add 1tsp besan for binding else not required).
- Heat the oil, and fry them on medium flame. Serve with chutney and green chilli. Enjoy your rainy season evening snacks!!!.
