Instructions to make Paneer biryani:
- Smooth curd add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,haldi powder,garam masala powder,biryani masala powder, lemon juice and salt mix. Add paneer and capsicum cubed mix and keep aside for 30 mnts.
- Boil water in big pot add salt and rice. Boil till rice are 3/4 done.Strain and keep rice aside. Heat another pot. Put oil add jeera cook add clove, cardamom, cinnamon,bay leaves chopped onion cook till pink in colour. Add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes cook till tomatoes get soft. Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,ginger, garlic paste and salt mix.Now add paneer and capsicum cook for 3-4 mnts. Now spread boiled rice. N.on top spread saffron milk, chopped coriander leaves and fried onion.
