- Clean and drain the mutton. Take mutton pieces in a bowl along with other ingredients mentioned for marination. Mix it well and let it marinate for one hour or overnight in the fridge..

- When it comes to boil check for salt and adjust. Add in drained rice and let it cook. Once water is almost evaporated cover with lid and cook on low flame for 8 minutes..
- Once pressure reduce open the lid and gently fluff up the rice. Mutton Biryani is ready to serve..
