  1. Heat a deep pan put desi ghee add jeera,cardamom,tej patta and crackle it now add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste sauté it for a few minutes.
  2. Now add all chopped veggies,curd,mint, coriander leaves,put all spices and mix it together nicely.
  3. Now add soaked rice,water and cook for one whistle and after few minutes switch off the flame. Ur yummy delicious veg biryani ready to serve with curd, mint chutney.
