- Mix dahi, ginger garlic paste and meat tenderizer in qeema and keep it for 30 mins..
- Dry roast all masalay and besan till colour changes and aroma comes out. Cool and grind.
- Add in qeema and mix well with hands for few mins than cover and keep Marinated for over night or at least 4_5 hours..
- Heat oil /ghee and fry onions to brown, than add Marinated qeema mix and cook well bhun lein achi tarha,.
- Add 1glass water in it and cook on low flame, covered keep stirring in between, when qeema is done add some ginger strips and butter green chillies. Check the taste if you like add 1tbsp seekh kababs masala but dry roast first. These kababs are not dry but little runny. If you like can dry it.
