- Dum cook biryani by layers. First put potato gravy then rice. Pour some fried onions. Again put potato gravy. After that rice.keep some fried onions, coriander & mint leaves..
- Heat tawa. Keep biryani layered pot on it & dum cook for 15 minutes..
