Instructions to make Dal palak:
- Pressure cook the dal until 4 whistle on medium flame and let it cool.
- In a pan,heat the oil,add mustard,when it sputter,hing, add onion, garlic, green chillies and saute it. Add tomato and saute it then add palak and cook it for 3 to 4 min.
- Add cooked dal and mix it properly and add all dry spices,salt as per taste and add 2 cup of water and adjust the consistency. Cover it with lid and allow to cook for 5minutes..
- When it is cooked temper it with onion, garlic and red chilli powder and add it on dal. Garnish with fresh coriander and enjoy with steam rice.
