- Open the lid.whisk the cooked dal. Add some water if needed..
- Heat a pan. Add 2 tbsp oil.once oil gets hot, add hing(asafoetida) and cumin seeds. Once cumin seeds get crackles add mustard seeds then add chopped garlic & green chilli..
- Now add cooked (boiled) dal to the pan. Temper it. Mix it well..
- Add some water as consistency you like.Boil the dal for 2-3 minutes.At last chopped coriander leaves.Turn off the flame..
