Steps to make Mutton seekh:
- Wash the keema and keep in strainer for 30 mins,then put in a bowl.Grind the onion and discard all it's water..
- Heat a pan put cumin + kabab chini + whole red chilli + Laing + cinnamon+ elaichi and dry roast it and put in grinder add all the remaining spices and grind it to a powder form.Your seekh masala is ready...
- Put seekh masala to the keema (as per taste) add salt + onion + green chilli + coriander leaves and mix well,then make slices of papaya piece and add to the keema, mix and keep in refrigerator for 5 hours..
- After 5 hours discard papaya pieces and add chane Ka ata and mix well..
- Clean the skerwers and take keema and shape them like seekh kabab by greasing water and cook on a barbecue/gas/oven..
- Serve seekh with mint chutney, onions and lemon.
