Instructions to make Hara bhara kabab with salad:
- Take 1 cup of green peas Wash properly & put to boil in a vessel & discard water when peas are soft.
- Wash Palak leaves properly & put Palak leaves in boiling water for 2 minutes then remove water & add 5 ice cubes in Palak.
- Now chopped capsicum, coriander leaves, green chilli, grated ginger & garlic Take all the spices in a plate.
- Heat oil in a pan & add cumin seeds & chopped capsicum.
- Now sauté it for 4 minutes then add boiled green peas & sauté it for another 4 minutes Then add green chilli & garlic & sauté it for 2 minutes.
- Now add salt per taste & blench Palak & sauté it for 2 min & then close the flame & add chopped coriander & ginger.
- Now remove this mixture in a plate to cool & then grind to form a paste.
- Now take four slice of brown bread & grind it to form a powder.
- Now take all the spices in a plate with Palak miixture& bread crumbs.
- Now mix all this properly & make round shape kabab & add half piece of cashew nuts.
- Now apply bread crumbs on both sides of kabab & place this plate in refrigerator for 20 minutes to set properly.
- Now take a non-stick pan & deep fry all kababs in oil When it is cook from one side & then turn it & cook from another side till it changes it colour.
- Now your delicious & healthy kababs are ready to serve with salad For salad chopped 1 onion, 1 capsicum, 1 carrot & 5 leaves of cabbage & mix all this in a big bowl & add 1 spoon vinegar, 1/2 spoon Kashmiri red chilli powder & 1 spoon chat masala, salt per taste & mix it thoroughly.
