Instructions to make Egg biryani:

  1. Soak rice for 20 minutes and partially cook it means not completely cooked and strain water from it...cut boiled eggs into small medium pieces.
  2. Now in a pan add oil Cummin seeds..than add chopped onions cook until reddish brown than add green chillies and all spices except kitchen king masala and garam masala.
  3. Now add tomato puree and cook it until its water gets dry...now add egg pieces than add kitchen king masala garam masala salt and biryani masala gently mix it cover it and let it cook for 5 minutes than switch off flame.
  4. Now in a kadai add oil than add layer of egg masala than add layer of rice than layer of egg masala again layer of rice cover it and give dum for 5 minutes.
  5. As biryani is cooked now switch of flame..heat up ghee now add this hot ghee over on rice now sprinkle some black pepper powder garnish it with some egg pieces cover it for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve garma garam biryani with dahi salad and papad and enjoy Egg Biryani.
