- Take a blend mince add in chopper,along add fine blend Onion mixture, blend it both for 3-4m or until combined well..
- If you have time keep in fridge for 30m. Otherwise direct made a small size kabab by your hand...before making wet your hand with cold water....(is say kabab na e totay gain or na hi stuck kran gy taway par).
- Place tawa add oil, heat it then place kabab carefully, cook it on medium low flame, check on it and change it's side time to time..
- Make all kabab with same procedure... Cooked kabab set a side on tawa(tak sary kabab ik sath utar k serve kiay jain or garam b rahain gay).
