- Now in a deep vessel,add a layer of biryani rice,then masala n then brown onions n then coriander pudina,add rose water n saffron mix...along with milk 1/2 cup.now seal the vessel....to give dum to it...cook it on low flame,for 10 mins... break seal now...check it does not stick at bottom.....
- It's done serve with onion raita.
