Steps to make Dal chawal:
- Dal- wash 2 time.After heat cooker and put daal add 1.5 cup water and cook wait for 3 to 4 whistle..
- When the pressure settle down it's own remove the lid.
- Take 1 piece of dal and try to mash if they mash proper the dal is ready if they not mashed than cook 2 to 3 whistle more..
- After add turmeric, red chilli,coriander powder and small pieces of tomato and green chilli and 2 cup water (as needed).add Salt and sugar.
- Stir and simmer the arhar dal.Cook continues 10 minute..
- Tadka- take another small pan heat 2 teaspoon of ghee add rai methi sof and wait until golden brown add dry chilli and hing turn off gas..
- Add this tadka into dal and mango powder ya lemon and turn of gas..
- Garnish coriander leaves..
- Chaval- heat 2 teaspoon ghee in cooker and add rice after 2 wash.and 1glass water and cook wait 2 to 3 whistles and turn off gas.
- When the pressure settle down it's own remove the lid.
- And serve with dal..
