Instructions to make Signature layered(taywali)Biryani:
- Wash your hand say bismiAllah and darood shareef..
- Marinate chicken for 15-20m with dahi and all masalas that mentioned above.....
- Add oil in wok fry onion, take out half onion for layering....
- Add marinated chicken in same wok cook for a while then add ginger garlic paste...stir it N add half cut tomatoes cover it for 10m on medium flame... Or until tomatoes become soft....
- Bonify it on high flame...until oil separate from chicken N chicken or until chicken will be tender...Garnish with fresh coriander N set a side..
- Prepare layering ingredients: Boiled egg, fresh mint,colentro,fries,.
- Take a big wok add first boiled rice then add chicken masala the sprinkle mint,coriander, fries, boiled egg,yellow food color...repeat same procedure and make 3 layers.
- Keep on Dum for 10m aftr dum remove from flame... Stir it and dishout it.
