  3. Heat two tsp ghee in a pan & add boiled barley and moong dal & stir it well. Then add jaggery powder and half cup water. Add fresh grated coconut powder and poppy seeds. Boil it for ten minutes.(If you want you can add water.) Then off the gas stove. Add powdered cardamom and cloves for flavour. Serve hot..
