- Take 2 spoons oil in kadai or pan add onion green chillies chopped saute for one minute now add ginger garlic paste saute for 2-3 mins.
- Now add turmeric,Coriander and red chilli powder and Salt.
- Mix it well and keep this mixture to cold place for ten mins.
- Add cornflour boiled potatoes and mix well.
- Roll it like kabab shapes and fry it on nonstick pan and enjoy with chutney or tomatos ketchep.
