  1. First take a pressure cooker add all the ingredients and mix it well (except the ingredients of the time of mixing). Now add 1 cup of water and cover the lid and cook for 1 whistle on high flame and 15-20 minutes on medium to low flame..
  2. After 20 minutes let it cool down and open the lid and grind this mixture nicely..
  3. Now add finely chopped onion, green chilli and chopped coriander leaves and mix it nicely..
  4. Now heat up a pan or tawa with oil and take small portion of the mixture and make round ball and flatten it and drop in the oil, do with all of the mixture..
  5. Fry it for 5 minutes from one side then flip it and fry for another 5 minutes on medium to low flame..
  6. After that remove it to a plate and our delicious shami kabab is ready. Serve with paratha or roti..
