- First heat the pressure with adding required water and rajma also add salt to the pressure cooker give four whistles and rest for going pressure naturally..
- When heat goes from the boiled rajma put rajma to the blender add salt blend it coarsely and add to the mixing bowl now add chopped boiled potatoes add salt, chat masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder green chilli, garam masala powder, lime juice, hing give it a good mix make balls like kabab sized.
- Add oil to the heated frying pan, then add kabab dough to the pan and shallow fry, do all the same way serve with kairi ki chutney..
