- Add chopped garlic and as the aroma emanates, add chopped onions to it..
- Add ginger garlic paste to onions once the onions are translucent..
- Add chopped tomatoes after the raw smell of ginger garlic paste is gone..
- Cook till the tomatoes are mushy. Now, add the chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes..
- Add turmeric powder and chilli powder. Add some salt. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes..
- Now, add the boiled daal to this. Add the ground masala powder to it. Cook till the mixture boils. add some more salt if needed. Dal Paalak is ready..
