- Take a pan heat it,put oil,when it heats,add ginger, green chilli,and onion,mix it..
- Now add gram flour and stair until it roasted properly, add salt,garam masala and dhaniya powder mix it..
- Now add soya mixture and mix it well. Off the gas..
- Take a mixing bowl and put the mixture on it add red chilli powder. Mix it well and make kababs from it..
- Take a non stick pan brush it with oil, then put kababs and rost from both side properly. Kabab is ready. Serve it with tomato ketchup..
