- All the dals soak together separately for 1 hour.
- Grind the rice with ingredients into smooth, in the same jar add the soaked dal and then grind to a coarse manner.
- Take a pan add oil fry onion and put it into the ground mixture and then add salt, coriander leaves, stir well, then make dosa on a dosa pan..
- Once cooked serve with coconut chutney..
