- Drain water and let it cool.
- Grind it coarsely and add all the ingredients and mix it nicely.
- Grease hand and make patty from the mixture.
- Heat tava and drizzle some oil on it and arrange the patty on it.
- Roast it golden brown on low flame.
- Do not use oil at a same time pour it in batches and roast the patty.
- Serve it with green chutney.
