- Now add Yogurt for gravy cook it for 5 mins..
- Boiled the rice add 3tsp salt. Drain the water..
- Now layer it with Mutton gravy masala then green coriander and chilies, Sprinkle food color and drops of kewra water in it..
- Let it steam for a few minutes then mix it up side down. And serve it with raita..
