- 10 min fry karen aur ab isme masale dal kar aloo b sath dal dein aur 5 se 10 pakne dein phir dahi dal lein aur 1 cuo pani k sath 20 minutes aur pakalen.
- Jab aloo aur chicken gal jae tu flame band karden ab chawal namak aur sirka dal kar boil karlen jab adhe pak jaen tu salan k oper teh lagalen aur sath zarde ka ramg dal kar aur brown piyaz dal kar 10 se 15 minute dam par rakhden.
- Ab achi tarah mix karke serve karen.
